Rice Flour Fried Chicken - Crispy fried chicken recipe

Fried Chicken is a popular recipe all over the world. This rice Flour fried chicken is one of the easiest recipe you could ever make. This taste lip smacking delicious is a favorite family meal for many occasions

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Chicken Pieces
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt as per requirement
  • 2 spoon of ginger garlic paste
  • cup of curd
  • 2 table spoon of chilli powder
  • ½ spoon turmeric powder
  • 1 table spoon of pepper powder
  •  ½ spoon Garam masala
  • 1 table spoon of chicken masala
  • 1 spoon of rice flour 
  • Oil for deep-fat frying

Preparation of Rice Flour Fried Chicken

Step 1 

Take one kg of washed chicken pieces and make 3-4 slits on each piece (for better taste you can use only chicken drumsticks)

Step 2

Add 1 table spoon of lemon juice, salt as per requirement, 2 spoon of ginger garlic paste, mix it thoroughly and keep aside

Step 3 

Mean time take half a cup of curd and add 2 table spoon of chilli powder, half spoon turmeric powder, 1 table spoon of pepper powder, half spoon of Garam masala, 1 table spoon of chicken masala and mix it well.

Step 4

Add this mixture on chicken and mix it evenly. After that add 1 spoon of rice flour (Rice flour adds more crispiness to the chicken) and mix it thoroughly and marinate it for one hour.


Step 5

Keep a pan on stove and add 3 table spoon of oil. once the pan gets heater, add marinated chicken pieces into it. Close the lid and let it cook. After 10 mins flip the chicken pieces and close the lid. Similarly keep frying the pieces until it turns golden color and gets cooked properly.

Step 6 

Switch off the stove and garnish the chicken fry with finely chopped coriander, your crispy chicken fry is ready to serve.
